At Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery, we truly believe that in order to be the best, you must cook with the best. That goes for our suppliers. We aim to use the highest quality of ingredients in order to prepare and create dishes full of flavour for your enjoyment. On top of that, we find it critical that we also contribute to the community as well. We are proud to be a part of the Royal Farm Project up in Chiang Mai, supporting local communities by using their ingredients in our dishes. We would be nothing without our suppliers, and we are excited to bring their quality ingredients to you to enjoy at Cocotte.
At Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery, our passion is in our name. Our steakhouse and rotisserie endeavours to bring you the best produce directly from the farm to the table. Executive Chef Jeriko Van Der Wolf and Head Chef Sebastien Segurola have searched far and wide for the finest ingredients that best represents our philosophy for freshness. And as part of that philosophy and our farm to table quest we have partnered with the Royal Project participating farms in Chiang Mai.
The Royal Project is an initiative of His Majesty, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. It was founded in 1969 to solve the problems of deforestation and poverty by replacing it with alternative agriculture. Concentrating on promoting the amazing fruit and vegetable produce grown in the northern part of Thailand.
Sourcing the best quality ingredients also extends to our juicy Rotisserie Baby Chicken and, of course, our signature Tomahawk. An item that has been on our menu since we opened our doors five year ago.
