Inspired by classic French charcuterie, our Homemade Truffle Foie Gras highlights the timeless craft of terrine-making and French traditions. To balance the richness, black truffle mayonnaise adds depth, while crisp pickles and fresh salad bring freshness and contrast. The result is a refined yet comforting festive classic, perfect for sharing.

Ebi Risotto

This iconic Wagyu Beef Wellington is the centerpiece of our festive menu. Wrapped in golden puff pastry with truffle mushroom duxelles, it’s served with truffle mash and rich Périgueux sauce.
