Due to high demand, Cocotte was delighted to host the Treasure of Land & Sea not once, but twice. This exclusive, limited-time event is where guests savor live-shucked oysters, premium steaks, and hand-picked wines—an experience not to be missed.

Discover the art of freshly shucked oysters, prepared on the spot by professionals for peak freshness and flavor. We have carefully selected the finest oysters for their quality, brininess, and texture. To preserve their delicate taste, each oyster is shucked with precision by skilled L’Écaillers. This adds a touch of theater to the experience, making it not just a tasting but a celebration of craftsmanship.

At the event, we showcased premium oysters: Celine Fin de Claire, celebrated for its subtle minerality and creamy texture; Sentinelle, prized for its balanced brininess; and Ostra Regal, loved for its rich, buttery finish.


The second time, we were excited to feature three exceptional oysters: St. Vaast Normandy, delivering a classic French flavor; Fine de Claire Cancale, prized for its bright, fresh taste; and Tsarskaya, a premium oyster with a subtly sweet, delicate profile. Each variety was hand-selected to for its distinctive tasting journey for our guests to savor the finest flavors the ocean has to offer.



Exceptional Beef for Refined Tastes

At Cocotte, our commitment to excellence begins with sourcing only the finest cuts of beef from around the world. Each selection is chosen not only for its flavor but also for its heritage, rarity, and exceptional quality.


We featured the exceptional Kiwami MBS 9+ Striploin, a rare 100% Australian beef with Japanese Wagyu genetics. Combining Japanese marbling with the richness of Australian grazing, it delivers intense marbling, buttery tenderness, and rich umami that melts in your mouth. Each cut carries a Marbling Score (MBS) of 9+, offering a luxurious experience that we proudly serve at Cocotte.

Additionally, we brought back the Black Onyx T-Bone from Ranger Valley, a standout among Australia’s finest beef. Raised in the pristine Ranger Valley, this 270-day grain-fed steak offers natural marbling, fine grain, and rich, full-bodied flavor — a perfect balance of hearty and refined. Because of its exceptional breed, meticulous care, and rare availability, this cut earns its place at Cocotte.
